This family! Every time I have the chance to take their pictures, it’s filled with so much fun! They know how to love each other so well and laugh along the way. You won’t be able to deny the love when looking at their pictures!

A surprise photoshoot for their anniversary was the perfect present for the two people that are normally behind the camera! Their kids surprised Rick and Lynn with a photoshoot of their own for their 26th wedding anniversary, and it was so much fun for everyone! You could see that their love was even stronger with time, and it was a pleasure to capture it!

These two and their sweet pup were the CUTEST! Hope and Damian have been together for EIGHT years (what?!) and celebrated their engagement with golden hour photos on family property exactly one year before they will tie the knot! We ran down gravel roads and through fields with their pup, and took photos on swings where they reminisced about the early days of dating.

Senior photos for the class of 2021 are underway! It was such a blast to take these photos. We were able to capture COLE’S personality and interests, and even for someone who wasn’t super excited about having his photo taken… we had a great time trekking through the woods and embracing his love of soccer with an old goal in the backyard that helped achieve my goal (ha!) to make photos FUN for everyone! His sister joined us for some beautiful golden hour portraits!

Taylor and Josh fell in love in college. We ran around Annapolis, MD (my new home state!) and chased the sunset down the pier and across the statehouse lawn. These two were an absolute joy to work with, and happily ran down alleyways, snuggled close together, and weren’t afraid to show off their goofy sides! I love working with couples that know how to have fun with each other, and these two do that SO WELL! (Stay tuned for the wedding next June!)
at the lake
This was a weekend that was good for my soul. Along with spending time with my best friends, I had the chance to do a shoot I had been dying to do for awhile. Jordan and Robbie got into a canoe from the 1950’s and we paddled around the lake and then actually got IN the water! The results were some absolutely dreamy photos and some wonderful memories…

The world is listening and learning like they haven’t before in regards to the Black Lives Matter Movement, and I’m trying to do the same. I wasn’t sure what to do or how to help for awhile, but my friend Jenna Solich and I knew that we had to be better at being allies. We are both photographers and wanted to use art to support our Black brothers and sisters. We held a donations based pop-up-photoshoot, and were able to raise money for Boom Concepts, a Pittsburgh organization that is helping marginalized voices have a platform. High school sweethearts now celebrating almost one year of marriage! We were able to run around the woods and rolling fields at Dylan’s family cabin and capture memories of this uniquely exciting time in their lives. They met freshman year of college and were married on that same campus in the most beautiful chapel surrounded by their families and friends! It was a day of celebration, sharing stories, and starting a new life together in a place filled with memories and love.

Mallory and Matt celebrated their marriage in a day filled with intentionality, Jesus, and a HECK of a lot of love! Every detail was thought through and had some significance to their relationship, from the invitations to the cookies you could see THEM at every turn. It was a blast running around the Pittsburgh Strip District taking photos and finding new corners to explore.

They’re in LOVE and there is no mistaking it! We ran around a local state park for their engagement session. There were some beautiful rivers and bridges, but come on, none of that can beat those smiles. From goofy faces to climbing up rocks, these two were lost in each other the entire time.

Mariachi bands, the Pittsburgh Cookie Table, and lots of love all around made this wedding a beautiful blending of families and cultures. They were married in Jesse’s hometown before moving back out West to Steph’s. From beautiful city-scape photos at golden hour to sweet moments with friends and family, this wedding was a joy to capture!

I couldn’t be more in love with these two and their love. They’ve been dating since high school and are getting married! For the past six years they have gone on the same Valentines date, and this year was no exception. It was the perfect way to celebrate all of the years together and getting engaged!

Graduation this year looked different than it ever has, and for seniors this chapter of their stories looked completely different than expected. That doesn’t change that celebration is still in order! Clay knows how to have a good time no matter what the circumstances and taking pictures to celebrate his unconventional graduation was no different!

I love learning about people’s passions. DJ is an arborist, a sustainable farmer, and an amazing woodworker. We took branding and marketing photos for the woodworking and milling side of his larger business, Redemption Farms, and they showed the grit and the passion he puts into his projects.

This family is the CUTEST. We ran around a park, danced in the grass, and fell over each other laughing. Jenn and Brian took a couple minutes to themselves to cuddle close before jumping right back in with the rest of the gang.
